Health Checks
Available in the Fitness Arena with our elite fitness team
Health checks can be scheduled individually or alongside your induction. Health Checks mean that your wellbeing programme is not only going to enable you to achieve your fitness goals but can be focused on improving the function of your body systematically.
The in-depth body analysis covers observations tailored to your individual needs as well as the following:
- Fat Mass
- Muscle Mass
- Visceral Fat
- Body Mass Distribution
- Blood Pressure
- Levels of Body Hydration
On completion of the health check your instructor will discuss the meaning of your results and share practical ways in which you can make immediate improvements.
Consultation details
Appointments are 60 minutes long and are available every day between 9am - 7pm.
The initial assessment costs £100 (£59 for members*) and repeat health checks are then £79 (£49 for members*).
