Terms, Conditions and Planning Advice
Please take account of the following terms, conditions and information when planning your visit to the healthspa.
Availability
To ensure your preferred dates and times are available we do encourage all our members and guests book in advance to avoid disappointment.
Courses
Foxhills offer course discounts across the treatment menu (excluding medispa services). Book and pay for any 6 of the same treatment and we will give you a 7th at half price. Medi- Spa discounts available upon request.
Cancellation and Bookings
Treatments: A 100% cancellation fee will be incurred for all treatments not cancelled 24 hours prior to the scheduled treatment time.
Day Trips: A 100% cancellation fee will be incurred for all non-member treatments / Day Trips not cancelled 48 hours prior to the scheduled treatment / Day Trips.
Day Trip group bookings of 6 or more persons will be required to give 7 days notification of cancellation or amends without incurring a financial penalty.
Treatments are subject to change without prior notice. If we need to amend any aspect of your spa treatment an alternative experience to the same or greater value will be substituted.
All treatment times highlighted include time to prepare for and relax from your individual treatment experience.
Spa treatments are non-transferable.
Payment
All prices shown are inclusive of V.A.T and are subject to change without prior notice.
A credit or debit card may be required to secure your treatment booking.
Age Restrictions
Foxhills healthspa is open to individuals over the age of 16yrs only.
Suitability
All spa treatments are suitable for both male and female guests.
Medical
Please advise us of any medical conditions or health concerns you may have or whereby you are under your GP’s guidance, at time of booking. This enables us to schedule the most appropriate treatment for you as some treatments maybe unsuitable / contra-indicated.
Arrival
For your comfort we recommend that you check in to the healthspa 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time. Regretfully, late arrivals may constitute a reduced treatment time or the inability to participate in some aspect of your experience.
Tinting
If you are looking to schedule an eyelash tint treatment you will be required to have a patch test at Foxhills healthspa at least 48 hours prior to your desired treatment date. If you have not been registered for a patch test we will unfortunately not be able to offer you this treatment.

Subscribers to our Mailing List may unsubscribe at any time, either from the email directly or by emailing relax@foxhills.co.uk. Your data is collected only for the purpose of sending out Foxhills emails and may be held outside the European Union.
